Rexo provides web hosting, domain registration, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

4. Payments and Billing

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your services at any time via your client portal. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy stated at the time of purchase.
For Refund: Customer has to send a refund related ticket to the support team, We will check and verify the actual cause and ensure you refund. Please remember, if fault was not from our end, we do not ensure full refund! Otherwise customer will get 90% refund of actual invoice amount.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms or for any conduct that harms our business or reputation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rexo is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
